A tool is a single custom AI module built around one of your business workflows — for example, a Smart Scheduling tool, an Inventory Tracker, or an Email Automation engine. Each tool is purpose-built for your specific process, not a generic template.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. If you switch to annual billing mid-month, we prorate the difference.
Is there a free trial?
We start with a completely free business audit. Once we understand your needs, you only pay once your custom tool is built and you are ready to launch. There is no upfront cost and no credit card required for the audit.
How does the Add-ons tier work?
Add-ons are bolt-on extras you attach to any existing plan. You can add additional tools ($4.99/mo each), purchase extra AI request packs, or expand storage. Each add-on is billed alongside your main plan and can be removed independently.
What happens if I hit my monthly AI request limit?
Your tools will not go offline. Instead, we alert you when you are approaching your limit and give you the option to purchase an extra request pack as an add-on, or upgrade to a higher plan. You are never cut off mid-task without warning.
